He was buried at the Satino-Russkoe cemetery near Podolsk together with his spouse (photo of the tombstone S2 ). According to Igor, he is not from there.
Family episode (story by Valery Sergeevich, S26 ): once in Podolsk, Aunt Marusya spanked Milya painfully for some mischief, and Sergei Ivanovich hit Aunt Masha in his anger. Since then, she never came to visit them.
Place of birth according to military ID ( S44 ): Tula region, Volovsky district, Chernyaevka village. Chernyaevka is a village with the Church of the Archangel Michael, to whose parish Lidinka, the homeland of the Bushins, belonged: Sergei Ivanovich and Valentina Alekseevna are fellow countrymen.
According to the military ID: graduated from 7 classes in 1943; civil specialty - mechanic; The ticket was issued by the Podolsk city military registration and enlistment office.
He worked as a mechanic at the Podolsk Mechanical Repair Plant: fitter-assembler, member of the communist labor brigade; collected copra (newspapers ca. 1967 and 9.09.1969, S47 – S48 ). In another note, the best toolmaker at the pilot plant for piling equipment prepared equipment for pile drivers and diesel hammers ( S49 ). The relationship between the two plant names has not been established.
According to Valentina Alekseevna’s story (reported by Igor), Sergei Ivanovich at one time could have been imprisoned in connection with some incident near Podolsk. Not documented; year and circumstances unknown. A draft request to the archives of the Podolsk City Court has been prepared.
