Galina Pavlovna's maternal grandfather - confirmed by her (09/26/2026); was previously adopted by the father of Catherine and Yuri by Igor’s decision on the basis of patronymic and origin.
Military veterinarian: in 1941 - military veterinarian of the 2nd rank, head of the veterinary service of the 1st separate rifle brigade of the 54th Army of the Leningrad Front (1 OGSB 1 OSBR); previously - veterinary hospital No. 584; The lists also include the 12th reserve regiment.
Called up on June 23, 1941 by the Oktyabrsky RVK of Arkhangelsk - at the beginning of the war he lived in Arkhangelsk.
The Figurovskys are a Kostroma clan from the clergy class (Soligalich, Chukhloma).
Date of birth: according to Galina Pavlovna 02/20/1896, according to military records 02/28/1896. Died 04/12/1981.
According to the 2001 manuscript ( S27 ): lived with his parents Fedor and Ekaterina and two sisters in Kostroma; father is a clergyman. He studied at the Kazan Theological Seminary (which, apparently, was closed), then graduated from the Kazan Veterinary Institute.
Served as assistant commander of the 14th Artillery Regiment for the veterinary unit (regiment commander - Khlebnikov); in 1926 the regiment was stationed in Ostrogozhsk, Voronezh region. There he married Alexandra Semyonovna Zamolomskaya and adopted her son Yuri.
In 1935 he was demobilized; worked in his specialty in Suzdal (Vladimir region) and Rybinsk (Yaroslavl region).
In 1937, he was arrested under Article 58 (“enemy of the people”) and spent a year in prison (see tip L19 ). Then he worked in Arkhangelsk, from where he went to the front in 1941.
After demobilization, the family moved to Rauta, Leningrad region. (now Sosnovo). Drunkenness and domestic scandals; when the matter went outside the house - a criminal case and a prison sentence. Alexandra Semyonovna was taken in by relatives. After imprisonment, he lived in a boarding house in the city of Kovrov, Vladimir region. (in the manuscript - “lived in a boarding house”).
Second arrest ( S59 , identification by full name, year and place of birth): May 10, 1952 in the village. Sudislavl, Kostroma region; On June 18, 1952, he was convicted under Art. 58-10 part 2 (“anti-Soviet agitation”) to 25 years in labor camp; 02/26/1955 the term was reduced to 6 years; rehabilitated on July 30, 1992. Apparently, this is a “criminal case with a prison sentence” from Ekaterina Konstantinovna’s manuscript.
According to Geni ( S69 ): date of birth 02/15/1896 (Old Art. = 27.02 New Art.; cf. military record 02.28). He graduated from the Kostroma Theological Seminary in 1916 (“KDS Encyclopedia”, section 6, p. 743) - and not Kazan, as the family remembered; at the end of 1918 he studied at the Kazan Veterinary Institute. His memoirist cousin met him in 1918–1919.
Nikolai Aleksandrovich Figurovsky directly calls Konstantin Fedorovich his cousin - the son of Uncle Fedor, a veterinarian; met him in 1918–1919. This is the original source of the former retelling from Geni ( S187 ).
