Author of the memoirs “I Remember...”, son of Alexander Ivanovich and Lyubov Pavlovna. Born in the Cathedral House of Soligalich, the second child of the family. He studied at theological school and from 1915 at the Kostroma Theological Seminary; after its closure - at the second-level school and technical school of Chizhov. The conscription in March 1920 is described in his own memoirs ( S187 ).
Chemist, historian of science, Doctor of Science (1940), professor at Moscow State University (since 1946); Director of the Institute of Electronic Engineering of the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1956–1962. Participant in the Battle of Stalingrad. Biographical dates were verified with the Chronicle of Moscow State University ( S192 ).
Son Sergei is known from the caption of a photograph from 1945; The wife's name and signature are not indicated in the examined family episodes ( S187 ).
