Prince, officer. In 1907–1909 podporuchik and lieutenant of the 25th Siberian Rifle Regiment in Irkutsk; in 1911 in the 165th Lutsk Infantry Regiment in Kiev, in 1916 staff captain (S387).
On 12 December 1916 Staff Captain Prince Leonid Aleksandrovich Kubekov of the 13th Reserve Regiment, “of the princes of Kiev Governorate”, shot himself on a train on the Moscow–Kursk railway (S391). In 1915 and 1916 he was awarded the Orders of St Stanislaus, 3rd and 2nd class.
