Bushina Elena (Alyona) Ivanovna (~1798)
probably the mother of great-great-great-grandmother Ekaterina Gavrilovna
Birth: ABT 1798
Name variants: Alyona Ivanovna
A peasant woman of the village of Lidinka, widow of Gavrila Mineev Bushin (died 1830), mother of Stepan Gavrilovich Bushin. Her second husband was Egor Yakovlev (died 1845), whom the 1850 revision calls Stepan's stepfather (S775). In 1858, aged 62, she lived in her son Stepan's household (S776). In the 1834 revision she is not listed with Gavrila's daughters: by then she had apparently moved to her second husband's household (S774). Probably also the mother of Ekaterina Gavrilovna, wife of Yakov Surkov.
She came from the same village of Baranovka of Count Bobrinsky: on 8 November 1814, aged sixteen, she married eighteen-year-old Gavrila Minaev in her first marriage in the village of Pokrovskoye (S781). Among the sureties was the Baranovka peasant Patrikei(?) Ivanov — possibly her brother.
