Telyakovsky village council
- Historically
- Telyakovsky village council, Yasnogorsky district
- Now
- Telyakovo, Tula region
- Years
- 1981
Valeri Melnikov and Ekaterina Călugăreanu’s marriage was registered here on 5 April 1981. Their certificate (S4), issued for Yasnogorsk district in Tula region, states this explicitly.
Telyakovsky village council is the body for registering the act, and not necessarily the place of birth or permanent residence of the spouses. The document confirms the date and place of registration; Family information has not yet explained why the wedding took place here.
The historical affiliation of a particular village council should be verified against a document from 1981 and registration record No. 4. It should not be confused with the village council of the same name in Belarus or automatically transferred to a modern administrative map.
