According to Igor, he lived in Kapaklia all his life.
Marriage and death records indicate 1913 rather than the originally named 1911.
The names of the parents were not identified in the reviewed documents. The patronymic Georgievich does not replace the record of his father.
Participant of the Great Patriotic War: drafted in September 1944 by the Baimakli RVC, machine gunner of the 2nd machine gun company of the 236th Guards. Rifle Regiment 74 Guards Rifle Division 8th Guards. armies; at the front from January 14, 1945, seriously wounded on February 4, 1945; medal “For Courage” for the battles for Berlin (order dated 10/15/1945), medal “For Victory over Germany”, Order of the Patriotic War II class. (1985). On the award sheet, the home address is indicated for his wife, Maria Ivanovna Kalugaryan, which confirms the identity.
On the post-war painted portrait ( S36 ) there is the inscription “Calugareanu G.G.”; There are two medals on the chest, one is “For the victory over Germany.”
Spelling of the surname (decision 09/29/2026): in the tree - “Calugareanu”, as in his portrait ( S36 ); Romanian original - Călugăreanu ( S6 , S7 ); in Soviet military documents - “Kalugaryan” ( S15 ); daughter Ekaterina’s documents say “Kalugoryan” ( S3 , S4 ). The previous spelling in the tree “Calugoryanu” was not found in any document.
The spelling “Calugareanu” is also found in the official publication of the family: abstract of the dissertation of Natalia Vladimirovna Calugareanu, 2002 ( S149 ).

Tombstone ( S177 ): “Grigore Gheorghe 10/01/1913 - 04/17/2011” - the dates match the documents.
He was buried in Kapaklia, together with his wife - a common gravestone S177 (confirmed by Igor 09/29/2026).
