From 1910 to 1916 Pyotr Petrovich Zamyatin the elder, great-great-grandfather of Igor's wife, served here as a court investigator (S597, S383). His wife was Vera Alexandrovna, née Kubekova. Their children Igor (1910, died 1911) and Zoya (1914) were baptised in the Alexander Nevsky Church of Vladikavkaz (S366, S367).
Service. A report by the investigator P. Zamyatin dated 29 August 1911 survives (S507). In the Ministry of Justice list for 1916 he is a Court Councillor (S383); “State Councillor” on the back of his portrait is family memory.
